IFF Research Services was again represented at the annual Research & Results exhibition in Munich on October 23rd and 24th and received the chance to discuss current trends in the market research sector with acquainted and recent customers, partners and suppliers. On the second exhibition day Christine Albrecht, Managing Director at IFF Research Services, held a workshop on “The chameleon effect – a case study on CATI, CAWI and Social Media Recruiting,” in which she highlighted the strengths and weaknesses of different data collection and recruiting methods and demonstrated the potential synergies that may be generated with the mixed mode approach.
